This policy explains how Humanskills.in (Sudeep Ghosh, "we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you use our website and forms, including the Training Registration, Training Feedback and Resume Download forms. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
Depending on the form, we collect: your name, email address, contact number, organisation, department, position, total years of work experience, the training programme you chose or attended, your training dates, your stated expectations, your ratings and free-text feedback, an optional NPS score, and, where you consent to being quoted, your designation and organisation. Registration also records how you heard about the training and the referral source of the link you used.
Why we use it
To register you for a training session and administer it (including sending joining details and any pre-work), to issue certificates, to send you the executive resume you requested and to keep a record of the download, to understand and improve our programmes, to publish your feedback as a testimonial on our website and social media (only where you have consented to being quoted, and attributed to your name, designation and organisation), and — only where you have separately opted in — to tell you about future programmes.
Consent
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the registration form (and, optionally, on the feedback form). Quoting your feedback publicly relies on a separate, optional consent on the feedback form — declining it does not prevent you from submitting your feedback. You can withdraw consent at any time — see "Your rights" below.
How it is processed and stored
Submissions are processed through third-party form services (Google Forms and Google Apps Script) and stored in a secure Google Workspace account, which may be located outside India. We do not sell your information and do not share it with anyone else except the service providers needed to run the training.
How long we keep it
No longer than 12 months from collection, unless a longer period is required by law. Financial and transactional records may be retained for up to 8 years to meet tax requirements.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing privacy@humanskills.in or sudeep@humanskills.in. We will act on your request within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
Our pages may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and form submissions. We do not use this to identify you personally.
Age
Our forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected data from someone under 18, contact privacy@humanskills.in and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
