This policy explains how Humanskills.in (Sudeep Ghosh, "we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you use our website and forms, including the Training Registration and Training Feedback forms. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
Depending on the form, we collect: your name, email address, contact number, organisation, department, position, total years of work experience, the training programme you chose or attended, your training dates, your stated expectations, your ratings and free-text feedback, an optional NPS score, and whether you consent to being quoted. Registration also records how you heard about the training and the referral source of the link you used.
Why we use it
To register you for a training session and administer it (including sending joining details and any pre-work), to issue certificates, to understand and improve our programmes, and — only where you have separately opted in — to tell you about future programmes.
Consent
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the registration form (and, optionally, on the feedback form). You can withdraw consent at any time — see "Your rights" below.
How it is processed and stored
Submissions are processed through third-party form services (Google Forms and Google Apps Script) and stored in a secure Google Workspace account, which may be located outside India. We do not sell your information and do not share it with anyone else except the service providers needed to run the training.
How long we keep it
No longer than 12 months from collection, unless a longer period is required by law. Financial and transactional records may be retained for up to 8 years to meet tax requirements.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing privacy@humanskills.in or sudeep@humanskills.in. We will act on your request within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
Our pages may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and form submissions. We do not use this to identify you personally.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
